[Life is a] Beach

She twiddles the warm white sands with her toes 
As the sea breeze caresses her gently 
Taking her sorrows away as it blows
And whispering sweets nothings so softly 

She takes in the salty smell of the sea 
As the sea breeze faintly whispers her name 
Putting her soul at ease and her mind free
And unknotting her stresses just the same 

She hears the sounds of the waves like a song 
As the sea breeze hums her favorite tune 
Erasing everything that went so wrong 
And placing her heart just over the moon 

She dreams of the beach every single day 
For the sea breeze to rid her woes away
