Mama

You always believed in what I can do
And showed pride when I reached a new plateau 
You picked me up when times were at a low 
And taught me to find the strength to get through 

You always pushed me to aspire for more 
And showed me many possibilities 
You pointed the way to an opened door 
And taught me to trust my abilities 

You always expressed love towards my way 
And showed me there is no problem too large 
You took the lead with your resiliency 
And taught me not to forget to recharge 

There is one thing that is certainly true 
I am blessed to have a mother like you
